RESERVE_BYTES
The SQLITE_FCNTL_RESERVE_BYTES opcode is used to set or query the number of bytes of reserved space at the end of each database page, available to extensions such as an encryption codec for a nonce or checksum. The argument is a pointer to an integer holding the new value, or a negative value to only query the current one. Before returning, the integer is overwritten with the previous value.
