Registration

Handle for a collation/function/module registered through ksqlite.kapi.connection.DatabaseConnection.createCollation/ ksqlite.kapi.connection.DatabaseConnection.createFunction/ ksqlite.kapi.connection.DatabaseConnection.createModule.

Closing it removes the registered object from the connection it was registered on. It becomes a no-op if another object was since registered with the same name [, argument count, and encoding], since that registration already replaced this one, and once the owning connection itself is closed.
