getValue
Returns the value of the query parameter, or null if it does not appear as a query parameter of this filename. If parameter exists but has no explicit value, an empty string is returned instead.
Returns true if the value of query parameter is one of "yes", "true", or "on" in any case or if the value begins with a non-zero number.
Returns false if the value of query parameter is one of "no", "false", or "off" in any case or if the value begins with a numeric zero.
If parameter is not present or if the value of parameter does not match any of the above, then default is returned.
Converts the value of parameter into a 64-bit signed integer and returns that integer, or default if parameter does not exist. If the value of parameter is something other than an integer, then zero is returned.
